I facilitate community workshops where participants engage in creative processes to foster autonomy and curiosity in emotional exploration.
I am particularly interested in sensory embodied approaches to art-making within a lifestory framework to navigate narratives.
My practice draws on two or more artistic disciplines within a session, moving between them to explore memory and identity in emotional landscapes, and the ways we connect. Central to this work is a belief that community arts is a space to feel seen and respected while participating in a creative process.
